Do you offer virtual training?

Yes. While in-person sessions tend to produce faster results, we've developed effective virtual delivery methods for clients who can't travel to Toronto or prefer remote learning.

How far in advance should I book?

For individual coaching, one to two weeks notice is usually sufficient. Team training and workshops typically require three to four weeks for scheduling and preparation.

Do you work with individuals outside Canada?

Absolutely. We have clients across North America and occasionally work with international organizations. Time zone coordination and virtual delivery make this practical.

What's your cancellation policy?

Full refund with 14 days notice. 50% refund with 7-14 days notice. No refund with less than 7 days notice, though we'll work with you to reschedule when possible.

Can you customize programs for our organization?

Yes. Many corporate clients prefer tailored programs that address their specific industry context and communication challenges. Contact us to discuss your needs.

Do you provide certificates of completion?

We provide certificates for all workshop and intensive program completions. These can be useful for professional development records or continuing education credits.
