8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our standard cancellation policy is as follows:

• Full refund for cancellations made 14 or more days before the scheduled service
• 50% refund for cancellations made 7-14 days before the scheduled service
• No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled service

We reserve the right to reschedule sessions in lieu of refunds. Specific service agreements may contain different cancellation terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
